POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Our Affiliates are independent organizations and promoters and, as such, are required to know and understand the "Policies and Procedures", regarding the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb "1-2-3 Affiliate Program".

As an Affiliate of the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb 1-2-3 Affiliate Program, you have an opportunity to develop a network that can generate individual and network shares on a regular basis.

Policies
In developing his network, each Affiliate agrees to conduct according to the following "Code of Ethics".

Code of Ethics
This "Code" ensures high standards of integrity and professionalism throughout the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb network of Affiliates and protects each Affiliate's individual network image, as well as the International Marketing Association/WebMusic-MusiqueWeb's overall image.

A) I will conduct my association with new Visitors and Affiliates and existing ones with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and fairness.

B) I will present the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb Affiliate program by using approved WebMusic-MusiqueWeb electronic literature and brochures.

C) I will present the 1-2-3 Affiliate program in a manner that does not exaggerate shares potential, after having been properly trained, with success, at a minimum of 5 training meetings with the WM-MW trainors, in order to learn how to duplicate myself properly and fast.

D) I will fulfill my obligations to new Affiliates by assisting them with training, motivation and support.

E) I will familiarize myself with WebMusic-MusiqueWeb's "Policies & Procedures", rules and regulations, along with DSA's Code of Ethics, and abide by them.

Training
I will make sure to attend a mimimum of 5 on line or physical meetings, in order to be properly trained, before making presentations by myself.

I will learn how to duplicate myself properly, after simple methods learned from the late John Kalench,  a master in this field and author of many best sellers.



Enrolling new Affiliates
Only official electronic Affiliate "Enrollment Forms", provided on the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb cooperative site, plus its Affiliates' Web sites, may be used for enrolling new Affiliates into the 1-2-3 Affiliate program.

We strongly recommend to the Candidate to read both Visitor and Affiliate Agreements. The Candidate must also fill in his/her initials in order to complete his/her enrollment.

How to fill your Enrollment Form
Be sure all areas are fully completed. Proper instructions are supplied at each step. If any information that is required is missing, application will be rejected and will result in a delay in processing. Insure all information is typed correctly.

Sections "Enrollment Type", "Preferred Language", "entering your intitials about both agreements", "First Name", "Last Name", "E-Mail", "Password" and "PayPal E-mail" must be completed.

Don't forget to click on the "Click Here to Enroll" button to complete your enrollment.

When enrolling from your sponsor's site, his/her name and code are already appearing at bottom of your enrollment form.

ID Code
After you enroll, you will receive, by e-mail, your "Welcome Letter" with your unique WebMusic-MusiqueWeb ID code.

This ID code will permit you to access your personal "Control and Communication Center" or "CCC", from your own personal WM-MW Affiliate site. You can also access your "CCC" by using your e-mail address as your ID.

In the same e-mail, you will receive the URL to your own specially encoded WebMusic-MusiqueWeb Affiliate site. This Web site will be activated immediately.

If you are sponsoring a new person or organization, refer them directly to your Affiliate site so your WebMusic-MusiqueWeb code is automatically entered as their Sponsor's code. This WebMusic-MusiqueWeb unique code is displayed at bottom of the Enrollment form, on your Affiliate site.

If you already have your own Web site, just make a link from your site to YOUR WebMusic-MusiqueWeb Affiliate site. Your own WebMusic-MusiqueWeb Affiliate site will give access, to your prospects, to our credit cards, bank accounts, money orders and certified checks secure payments systems and Discography.

E-Mail address
An Affiliate's e-mail address is required in order to communicate properly together. Remember we will also pay your shares by e-mail so we need the e-mail address used with your PayPal account.

ICQ, MSN, YaHoo and Skype #s
Type the proper numbers or nickname, where we can reach you, or contact ICQ, MSN, Yahoo or Skype directly to get a FREE one. You can do that by following the proper links from your "CCC".

Our Skype codes are: webmusic, webmusic1, webmusic2 and musicweb.

Payment Methods for our Visitors and Affiliates

1- Credit card or bank account
We are currently accepting major credit cards through our "PayPal" secure servers, for your protection. You can choose our "Paypal" system to pay by Visa,  MasterCard, AMEX, Optima, Discover and Novus, or directly from your bank account.

We also use the PayPal system to pay our Affiliates their shares, on a daily and monthly basis.

You can register to the "Paypal" system from our below "Share" section.

Remember to enter the number emitted by our servers, when making your donation, on your money order or certified check.

Entering Enrollments into the system
If you are sponsoring a new Affiliate, our computer system will automatically place the new Affiliate you have sponsored into the first available spot in your organization.

Our servers system will enter them evenly, from left to right, at the weakest spot, in the same order you have input them in the system, by date and time received.

Once an application has been entered into the system, as per the electronic enrollment, it cannot be moved, save in case of fraud or evident mistake.

Security of data transmitted on the Internet
When paying by credit card or bank account, sensitive data, such as credit card or bank info, is entered on a secure server (https) and encrypted at time of transfer, for your security.

Please, wait for our confirmation message before making another donation or entering a new enrollment.

Your info is fully encrypted, for secure transfer, through the PayPal system, and cannot be seen by WebMusic-MusiqueWeb people. Only you can initiate it.

Internet Access
Use your sponsor's computer, or your upline sponsors' one, Internet Café, Cyber Club, computer store, school or university, public library, enrollment and training center (ETC) or friend's one, if you don't have a direct Internet access by yourself.

Minimum number of Affiliates
WebMusic-MusiqueWeb is strongly advising all of its Affiliates to get a minimum of 15 personal Visitors-donors in order to comply with laws.

Avoiding delays in registration process
1) When sponsoring new Affiliates, help them complete their electronic application, from your own Affiliate site encoded with your name.

2) Be sure all areas are fully completed as required.

3) If you help an Affiliate, be sure proper payment is included or indicated.

4) Be sure application is sent, electronically and promptly, to WebMusic-MusiqueWeb head offices by clicking on the "Click Here to Send your Form" button.

5) A Sponsor must be in the system, before any new Affiliate he/she wants to sponsor can be entered.

Enrollment Day and Time Limit
Electronic enrollments must be received on WebMusic-MusiqueWeb servers before or on the last day of each calendar month, at 23:59:59 Eastern Time (Montreal or New-York City time), to be processed for that month.

Changes
Should changes become necessary due to following reasons, an e-mail must be sent to WebMusic-MusiqueWeb, with information required from all parties involved.

a) Death
Upon death of a WebMusic-MusiqueWeb Affiliate, rights and responsibilities of the Affiliate may be passed on to the estate.

It will be estate's responsibility to maintain required Affiliate's qualifications, with appropriate status and rank, in order to receive its share on volume of net donations generated.

b) Transferring organization ownership
Affiliates can sell their organization, subject to strict regulatory laws. We require signature from all upline sponsors before proceeding.

Name Change, E-Mail Address Change
An Affiliate may make name, street, E-Mail address and ICQ# changes etc., by entering his/her access code or e-mail address, along with his/her password, and making them directly from his/her personal "Control and Communication Center" or "CCC". Changes made will be effective immediatly.

Changes in Sponsor
Changing of Sponsor is rarely permitted and actively discouraged. Once someone has been sponsored and entered into the system, an Affiliate may not change his/her Sponsor, except in case of unethical sponsoring by the original Sponsor.

We must get written consent from all upline sponsors before proceeding.

In such cases, WebMusic-MusiqueWeb determines the validity and will have final authority over the situation.

More than one own personal Enrollment into the system and FREE Positions
You are not allowed to register more than one time into the system. When you will be a member of the "Gold 15 Qualified DJs Club", you'll get a free additional position.

Using the names
Use of the names "TOGETHER", "Together Collection", "Together Project", "WebMusic-MusiqueWeb", "WM-MW", "1-2-3",  MusicWeb-MusiqueWeb, I.M.A.-A.M.I. and "ESI", by Affiliates and Visitors is not allowed in any printed or electronic advertising, except for those electronic materials produced and approved by WebMusic-MusiqueWeb and according to its very strict anti-spam policies.

Reproducing audio theme-song, songs, video-clips, VHS cassettes, electronic brochures & promotional materials
To maintain uniformity and quality, reproduction of promotional materials produced by WebMusic-MusiqueWeb is not allowed, except when made directly from the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb Internet Web site.

All reproduction from WebMusic-MusiqueWeb web sites must be printed in full color, not black and white, in order to preserve WebMusic-MusiqueWeb's quality image for all of its Affiliates.

WebMusic-MusiqueWeb makes these electronic materials available directly from its Web sites and encourages Affiliates to utilize those electronic materials and not reproductions or photocopies, unless authorized in writing by WebMusic-MusiqueWeb.

A Visitor/Affiliate is permitted to use the free downloaded songs, for his/her personal use, with mobile devices such as an iPod player, his/her personal car or sound systems, computer and burner.

Remember that each song and clip will be encoded with the Visitor/Affiliate's ID code. This special feature will permit to proper authorities to track any fraudsters easily. We are very strict about copyrights and we'll protect them.

WebMusic-MusiqueWeb reserves its right to cancel an Affiliate that is found in possession of unauthorized reproduced materials or who has not adhered to this policy. WebMusic-MusiqueWeb will also use all legal means.

Share on volume generated
Share, on volume of net donations generated through an Affiliate's personal site, is paid by e-mail, in US dollars, within 24 hours of the payment received and credited by the WM-MW's bank.

We start calculating shares, at midnight Eastern Time (Montreal or New-York City Time), each night, for volume of net donations generated up to 23H59:59.

Your share on volume of net donations generated, thanks to your personal WM-MW affiliate site, is 33 1/3%.

Your share, on your network's volume of net donations generated, is calculated, on a calendar month basis, for those net donations made for that month. Your share will be paid in US dollars and sent by e-mail through the Paypal system, at the end of following month for previous calendar month.

WebMusic-MusiqueWeb is a Paypal verified member. Just click on Paypal's logo to check.

The Paypal system permits an individual to send or receive money for free to/from all the countries where Paypal operates.

Just click on the PayPal logo to enroll through their secure servers.

Network Report Information
As an Affiliate, you can see an online electronic network report showing you how your organization is growing.

This report shows names of  Affiliates and Visitors in your organization, what position they are in, etc...

This system allows each Affiliate to verify that new Affiliates they have sponsored have been entered into their organization properly. This system is updated instantly, worldwide, by our servers.

Q: Can applications be faxed in for processing?

A: No, applications cannot be faxed or mailed.

Due to the worldwide proportions of the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb network, and in order to keep costs as low as possible for all parties involved, you are requested to enroll through the Internet, on the site of the individual or organization that has talked to you about WebMusic-MusiqueWeb. In fact, this organization or individual is your sponsor.

If you don't have access to the Internet yourself, you can use your school, university, public library, Internet café, Internet Club, computer store, enrolling center, a friend's one or that of your sponsor or your upline sponsors, or the computer of one of our enrollment and training centers or "ETC".

Q: When do I receive my share of net donations made and my network reports?

A: Your share, on volume of donations generated daily on your personal site up to midnight, Montreal and New-York City time (East), is paid by e-mail, the day after a donation is made and cleared by our bank.

Shares received thanks to your network's afiliates' sites are paid by e-mail, the last day of the following month, for the previous calendar month.

All Affiliates are paid through the Paypal system that is explained to you in our "Policies and Procedures" section you can access from your "Control and Communication Center" or "CCC".

Everything is updated instantly, as soon as someone registered as an Affiliate or a Visitor makes a donation. Affiliates list and updates are available online, 24/24, 7/7, from your "Control and Communication Center" or "CCC" you can access from your own affiliate site, with your own ID or email address and password. The URL to your site is e-mailed to you at time of enrollment.

Q: How can I contact my Affiliates network?

A: Use your personal "Control and Communication Center" or "CCC" to do so, by e-mail, ICQ, MSN, YaHoo, Skype or our new Voice room with slides presentation.

Q: How many Visitors WebMusic-MusiqueWeb is recommending for each of its Affiliates?

A: WebMusic-MusiqueWeb is strongly advising each of its Affiliates to have a minimum of 15 personal Visitors to comply with laws.

Q: How much it costs to become an Affiliate?

A: Nothing! It's totally free to become an Affiliate and everybody start as a DJ, after their enrollment.

Q: Can I change an enroller for myself or for someone else in my organization?

A: No. Once an application has been entered into the on line system, changes on enroller cannot be made, save in case of fraud or evident mistake. WebMusic-MusiqueWeb will have the final decision in such a case.

Q: What is my share of each net donation made to WebMusic-MusiqueWeb and/or the Together International Foundation through my personal Affiliate site?

A: 33 1/3%.

In fact, you could receive 33 1/3% up to 68 1/3% of the net donation, if you are an organization, depending on your organizational structure.

Q: What is happening when I become a "Gold 15 Qualified DJs Club" member?

A: When you'll become a member of the "Gold Club", you will learn the next steps.

Q: How can I do promotion 24/24, 7/7, respecting WebMusic-MusiqueWeb "Policies & Procedures"?

A: Make sure to read our very strict "Anti-Spam Policy" and attend our information and training virtual or physical meetings. We'll show you how to duplicate yourself properly and develop your network fast, after the teachings of the late John Kalench, a master in this field and author of many best-sellers.

Remember your Web site is your own Affiliate site, hosted for free on our servers, and permitting to your Visitors and new Affiliates to make their donations or to enroll themselves automatically, with you as their sponsor, along with accessing our secure on line credit cards, bank accounts, money order and certified checks payment systems.

If you already have your own Web site, no problem. Just make a link from it to your WM-MW Affiliate site, in order to benefit from all advantages of our system and make sure you receive your share on volume of net donations generated... even when sleeping!

Cancellation
Cancellation as an Affiliate can be made directly from the "CCC" of each Affiliate.

Affiliates may not enroll back for a period of 180 days, if they have removed them from our system, unless they have been previously approved by WebMusic-MusiqueWeb, at its own discretion.

They lose all their network by cancelling. Their network is then automatically distributed to their upline sponsors.

Glossary

The "Together Collection"
The "Together Collection" is made of 99 different virtual songs selected from the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb Discography, supplied by independent composers and songwriters, plus the "Together Song".

Visitor
A Visitor is an individual, partnership, corporation, company, social club, organization, Foundation, church or association making a donation in order to use the "Together Collection", virtual songs, and encourage great causes.

A Visitor does not want to get his/her share from volume of net donations generated, as can do organizations and individuals affiliated to the WM-MW network.

Affiliate
A Foundation, corporation, company, organization, association, social club, musical camp, artist, songwriter, composer, producer, promoter, media, studio, individual, can enroll as an Affiliate, into the 1-2-3 Affiliate program, in order to finance their own cause on a local, regional, district, provincial (State), national and international levels.

Network
Your network starts with a maximum of 3 Affiliates in your first tier and goes for 15 tiers deep of Bronze, Silver or Gold Qualified DJs.

Organization
Includes all Affiliates from your first to your last generation. Shares are paid from tier 1 up to and including tier 15 of Bronze, Silver or Gold Qualified DJs, according to volume of net donations and to your status and rank.

Generation
Affiliates directly below you are in your first generation. Those below them are in your second generation and so on.

Original Sponsor
This is the person or organization that has sponsored you in the system, thanks to his/her personal Affiliate site.

Network Sponsor
This is the person or organization located directly above you in the network.

Tier 15 Gold Qualified DJs Club
As a Gold 15 Qualified DJ, you can be part of the Gold 15 Qualified DJs Club by personally sponsoring 15 Gold 15 Qualified DJs. You'll then learn next steps.

Your weakest and nearest position
The first 3 positions from your first generation will be filled first, from left to right. When there is spill-over, your nearest position is filled first.
