Dear friends,

I'm writing to you today to ask you to join our international cause and to answer a lot of questions many of you are asking me before joining our system.

Yes, I'm a songwriter and composer myself, musician, guitarist, saxophonist and I also play some keyboards. With my band, the Double-Pairs, formerly Les Saphirs, I have produced and recorded a 45 RPM single, in 1966, distributed by RCA Victor International. Many of our directors are also songwriters and composers.

I have also owned and managed my own enterprise during 25 years. My company was affiliated with 3 international marketing enterprises, Coca-Cola, Schweppes and A & W.

I have interested myself with the associative world as soon as 1968 when I became a member, then the president of the St-Georges de Beauce Lions Club, in 1970-1971, and later, zone secretary.

During July and August 1994, I wrote the french lyrics of the "Together Song" and bought the rights for the english lyrics and music, through a Foundation.

The "Together Song" was selected as the International Song of the Net, during 1997, and has permitted to our non-profit corporation, the International Marketing Association, founded in April 1998, to receive substantial donations helping to finance our operations and equipments.

Thanks to donations received from 31 countries for the "Together Song", we made another step by creating the "Together Collection", WebMusic-MusiqueWeb or the WM-MW Network, in collaboration with Denis Champoux, our V.-P., Artistic Production.

WebMusic-MusiqueWeb (WM-MW) is part of the International Marketing Association (I.M.A.), a non-profit international organization incorporated in Quebec, Canada, and dedicated to helping independent composers and songwriters worldwide, thanks to its international network of Affiliates, along with helping any good cause, with our unique Affiliate system, based on needs and structural levels of non-profit organizations and independent artists.

In order to achieve our mission, we are receiving donations through subscriptions, according to Visitor's or Affiliate's choice. For each $1 US donated, a Visitor or Affiliate receives 1 free song of his/her choice.

This way of doing things permits our independent artists to continue selling their individual CDs and cassettes, since we don't do that.

If an artist has already his/her own Website, that's fine with us.

Our long term goals are to regroup 1,000,000 original songs from independent composers and songwriters such as you, in order to create a better balance and distribution for indies, in an international market still controlled by the four Majors, Sony-BMG, Universal, EMI and Warner.

We plan to distribute 100,000,000 songs annually, in a 3-5 years time-frame.

We started our researches and development in the summer of 1997 with MP2, then MP3 and MPEG4 formats.

We worked very hard on the final integration of our cooperative site and system, thanks to our Vice-President, online systems, Bruce Therrien, and his team.


Our network is now active on 5 continents, with more than 2,300 artists, from more than 20 countries, 6,000 songs and 100 genres.

When an independent composer or songwriter decides to join us as an Affiliate, he/she benefits from many advantages:

1- Benefits for free from the outstanding development of the Internet, along with the combined experience of the WM-MW directors and team, at the international level.

2- Benefits for free from special sections, for each affiliated artist, in order to promote his/her demo songs in our online Discography, in MP3 format, along with CV, concert dates, etc... The artist has also his own Musicography.

3- Participates annually in composers' and songwriters' "Pot" of special shares, 3% put aside on volume of net donations generated through the total system, worldwide, according to his/her contribution to the "Bank" of songs.

As example, the "Together Collection" library has a little more than 5,000 songs. If an artist contributes with 50 songs, he'll receive 1% of the "Pot", around $30,000 US each year, when our target is reached.

As a composer or songwriter, WM-MW gives you the Qualified DJ status as soon as you register on line for free.

You are also credited, to your own Download Center, a value of $10 US for each song you supply to the WM-MW Discography.

If you sponsor another composer or songwriter, supplying us with new songs, and accepted by us, you raise one rank, as an Affiliate.

You also participate to our cooperative site hosted at http://wm-mw.org and randomly dispatching donations and enrollments to Qualified DJs.

We accept composers and songwriters with only 1 song and other ones that have more than 100. If you contribute more, you'll receive more.

Moreover, an artist never gives up his composer's and songwriter's rights. He always remains the owner of his songs or creations.

4- Receives his/her own free WM-MW Affiliate Website, such as http://bradkepler.wm-mw.org or http://aarq.wm-mw.org, in english and french, specially encoded with his/her special unique code permitting us to properly track the donations originating from his/her Affiliate site.

Each time a donation is made from his/her Affiliate site, WM-MW returns, to an artist, 33 1/3% on volume of net donations generated, even if a Visitor chooses songs from other artists.

Your Affiliate site gives access, to your prospetive Visitors and Affiliates, to our "Together Collection" library and our secure online credit cards, bank accounts, money orders and certified checks payments systems.

We also recommend to our affiliated artists to put the Internet address of their Affiliate site on their business cards, CDs, promotional materials, etc... and to promote their URL at their concerts, shows, meetings, etc..., in order to maximize their long term revenues.

We also recommend to the artist, who already has his/her own Website, to put a link on it, pointing to his/her WM-MW Affiliate site. We recommend to use the following WM-MW logo:




5- As soon as you enroll in our system, you receive your unique code, your free Web site URL and a FREE "Control and Communication Center" or "CCC", permitting you to control instantly volume of all net donations and enrollments, generated in your own network of Affiliates, worldwide.

6- Each year, we present a big show, in partnership with different events and we invite artists from all around the world to participate.

One year, it was at the Quebec City Civilization Museum. We have presented more than 20 of our artists, on stage.

Another year, it was at "Cabaret chez Jacques". The owner, Jacques Bernier and his own artists, the Sensation group, are WM-MW Affiliates.

7- We are now testing our own on line radio station diffusing "Together Collection" 30 second demos.

8- Recently, one of our artists, born in Chile, Semilla, suggested to acquire a cruise ship. We plan to buy the "Together on the Seas" ship as soon as we get all the funds needed. Artists will be welcome aboard in order to relax, create new songs, produce themselves on stage, etc. The "Together on the Seas" will have 1250 cabins for artists, their friends, donators, promoters, medias, volume qualified Affiliates, etc. In the meanwhile, we want to acquire our first "Together Artists House".
