As Founders of the WebMusic-MusiqueWeb network, Bruce E.
Therrien, Denis Champoux, Patricia-Ann Allan-Newman and
myself created the Together International Foundation on
November 2004, in order to acquire or operate one or more properties, where to settle the Artists Houses and Ecovillages.
We brought together an experienced team of directors from
all walks of life, artists, businessmen and women, studio
operators, real estate agents, promoters, etc.
We set our choice on a wonderful location, the Poplar Hill Peninsula, near Rockwood, on Brassua Lake, Maine, USA.
The service road for the 40 family lots facing the lake has already been built at a $800,000 USD cost. A main power line has also been installed overground from Rockwood, and underground before entering the peninsula, for another $800,000 USD. This is not including the cost for the 40 lots, established at more than $8,000,000 USD. A total of $10,000,000 USD before building the 40 houses, the Community Center and the marina.

We want to operate 40 family homes, including a Community Center with common services, a top notch recording studio, Internet Radio and TV stations, and a 600-seat venue to feature our artists' shows.

Forty homes, with a maximum of 35 feet height, 2 000 square feet, will be built at a minimum of 100 feet from the Brassua lake shore, on forty lots of 210 feet width each, and between 2 to 4 acres each. State of Maine already emitted all needed permits and we are still polishing the concept and the plans.

We want to welcome there permanent residents, volunteers, independent composers and songwriters, their friends and generous donors, guests, all linked by a common denominator, their love for music, ecology, nature and peace, no matter their race, their tongue, their religion, their sexual or political orientation, respecting all people diversity and choices.
We want to raise $90,000,000 US in the next 3 years to build the Artists Ecovillages.
Let's go!
